The Madonna Reined Cow Horse Association (MRCHA) was created by reined cow horse enthusiasts, for reined cow horse people! We offer classes for non-pros, from bridle classes to non-pro boxing classes. We also offer open trainers to school their horses in the practice fence, practice boxing, and practice reining classes. Not only can trainers enter the practice class, but non-pros are welcome too! All of our shows will be in beautiful San Luis Obispo, CA, at the Madonna Ranch! MRCHA is a fun and supportive environment for anyone who wants some practice in the show pen or to test their show skills! It is a low-pressure environment filled with friendly competition, and it is a great place to adapt to a show environment. This is meant to be an affordable way to practice, especially for those who don’t have a place to practice or simply don’t have cattle. With good ground, fresh cows, and rein cow horse enthusiasts, it’s a great place for schooling, practicing, and finding the true cowgirl or cowboy in yourself, making the best out of your horse to make your partnership stronger!
